Together with the Yulin Disabled Persons' Federation, we helped renovate the home of 72-year-old Ms. Liang Yajie, who lives with dual disabilities including limited mobility. This initiative reflects our core philosophy: not only to provide high-quality products like wheelchair and transfer chair solutions but also to give back to the community with compassion and action.
01. A Home Transformed: From Broken-Down to Safe & Sound
Through communication with the Yulin Disabled Persons' Federation, we learned about the difficult living conditions of Ms. Liang. Her house was in severe disrepair—leaking roofs, damp and peeling walls, broken doors and windows, and an uneven pathway that posed a high risk for falls. For an elderly person with physical disabilities, such an environment was unsafe and deeply uncomfortable.
As a company specializing in assistive devices, including wheelchair and transfer chair products, we understand the importance of a safe and accessible living space. Without hesitation, Dayang decided to fund a full renovation of her home. It was not just about repairing a house—it was about helping someone regain dignity, safety, and independence.
02. Thoughtful Design Tailored to Real Needs
We believe that every detail matters when creating a living environment for those with mobility challenges. Rather than simply providing financial support, our team worked closely with the Federation and the renovation team to make sure every change was practical and meaningful:
🔹 The roof was rebuilt and raised to prevent future leaks.
🔹 Walls were repainted with bright, reflective coatings to improve lighting and mood.
🔹 Old doors and windows were replaced with new, easy-to-use aluminum sliding windows and lightweight doors, helping improve ventilation and safety.
🔹 The entrance path and surrounding area were paved, providing a smooth surface safe for wheelchair or transfer chair access.
These improvements allow Ms. Liang to move around her home more freely and safely. It's our belief that everyone deserves a home that is not only structurally sound but also enables independence.
